รบกวนขอสื่อที่ใช้อบรมเรื่องการ Audit ภายใน ตัวอย่าง เช่น
- Manufacturing Process Audit
- Product Audit
- Layer Audit (GM)
หรือจะเป็นรายละเอียดวีธีปฏิบัติของแต่ละละองค์กรเอาเป็นแบบ แค่พอเรียกน้ำย่อยก็พอครับ
1.ประมาณแผนกไหนทำ
2.ความถี่เท่าไหร่
3.ยึด Line หรือ Model เป็นหลัก
4.เจาะลึกถึงขั้นไหนเอา P/D FMEA, Control Plan มาไล่กันเลยป่าว
5.พบ Defect แล้ว PA/CA ด้วย เอกสารหรือ Tool ตัวไหน
6.ระยะเวลาในการ Interim กับ ปัญหาเปงไง อะไรประมาณเนี๊ยครับ
คืออยากเอามาปรับใช้กับงานที่ทำอยู่ปัจจุบันนะครับ ขอบคุณล่วงหน้าครับ
