IT ที่เพิ่มเข้ามาใน ISO 9001:2008 ต้องทำ คู่มือการทำงานขึ้นมาใหม่ด้วยใช่รึเปล่าค่ะ เเละต้องมีเอกสารเพิ่มเข้ามาตัวไหนบ้างค่ะ รบกวนผู้รู้ด้วยค่ะ

จริงๆ แล้ว สำหรับ IT ที่ ถูก เพิ่ม เข้า มาใน ระบบ V2008 ถูก เพิ่ม ใน ข้อ 6.3 โครงสร้าง พื้นฐาน
6.3 Infrastructure
The organization shall determine, provide and maintain the infrastructure needed to achieve conformity to
product requirements. Infrastructure includes, as applicable,
a) buildings, workspace and associated utilities,
process equipment (both hardware and software), and
c) supporting services (such as transport, communication or information systems).

ข้อ C ครับ ก่อน จะ แนะนำ ขอ ถาม เพิ่ม เติม ก่อน ว่า ระบ IT ที่ ทางบริษัทๆ คุณ ใช้ มี ลักษณะ อย่างไร ครับ
เป็น ระบบ พวก data base ทาง ด้าน การ บริหาร งาน พวก SAP (System Application Products in data processing) หรือไม่
หรือ ระบบ e-mail, Server back up ที่ เกี่ยวข้อง กับ การทำงาน ของระบบ บริหาร คุณภาพ เช่น กระบวนการ ออก order etc.
