ในหน้า 8-10  ผมเห็นมีเพื่อนสมาชิกใจดี มีวางไฟล์ไว้ให้แล้ว  ทำไมไม่ไป Load กัน  มาเขียนเมล์เพื่อให้สมาชิกส่งให้ทำไม

 

ไม่เข้าใจตรรกกะของคนขอเลยครับ   ทำไมไม่ค้นหาในแต่ละหน้าให้ดีก่อน  เอาสะดวกตนเองอย่างเดียวกัน  ไม่พยายามค้นหา

 

ทั้งๆที่มีอยู่แล้ว  จะหาว่า   ผมต่อว่าก็ได้นะครับ

ผมก็กลัว Audit ไม่ครบครับ เลยเอาข้อกำหนดมาทำเป็นตารางเทียบความสัมพันธ์กับแต่ละหน่วยงานในองค์กร เพื่อให้ Auditor แต่ละทีมมีแนวทางการตวจให้ได้ครบตามที่เราคิดและเข้าใจ  แต่อาจผิดอยู่บ้างเพราะทำเอง ลองเอาไปประยุกต์ใช้ดูครับ

 

สำหรับ Audit Check List ง่ายสุดคือถามล้อตามข้อกำหนดตรงๆไปเลย ตามตัวอย่างที่แนบมาให้นะครับ

แต่อย่าลืมถามให้เข้าไปถึง QP, WI, WS ต่างๆ ด้วยนะครับ  

 

*จะให้ไฟล์ Excel แต่  Upload ไม่ได้นะครับ เลยแปลงเป็น PDF มาให้แทนครับ
