สอบถามผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และข้อคำแนะนำด้วยค่ะ ในคู่มือคุณภาพจำเป็นต้องเขียนระบุไว้ด้วยหรือเปล่าคะ ว่า เราจะทำระบบฯ ให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐาน ISO9001:2000 หรือ ISO9001:2008 หรือเขียนกว้างๆ ไว้ว่าเป็นข้อกำหนดมาตรฐานสากลที่เกี่ยวข้องดี จะผิดข้อกำหนดหรือเปล่า คะ ขอความกรุณาช่วยขยายความให้ด้วยนะคะ

เอาว่าถ้าอ่านตามข้อกำหนดของ ISO 9001:2008 ข้อ 4.2.2 นะครับ
4.2.2 The organization shall establish and maintain a quality manual that includes
a) the scope of the quality management system, including details of and justifications for any exclusions (see 1.2).,
เค้าอ้างอิงกลับไปที่ข้อ 1.2 ที่เค้าว่าไว้ว่า
All requirements of this International Standard are generic and are intended to be applicable to all organizations, regardless of type, size and product provided.
Where any requirements of this International Standard cannot be applied due to the nature of organization and its product, this can be considered for exclusions.
