Product recall/withdrawal was established as per no. QP-QC-07 (rev.4, 17/12/2010) However, some details were not defined in procedure as required by WQA standard, as below;
Who and how Woolworths is to be notified within 60 minutes of such decisions. It will also identify the process for follow-up meetings with WW to review required corrective action and recommencement of supply
Woolworths Contacts (Business Manager, Quality Manager & National Recall Manager) to initiate and approve Recall / Withdrawal Action
