กฎหมายและ ข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่นข้อกำหนดและ สัญญาว่าจ้างจากลูกค้า ที่มี spec และ ความต้องการของลูกค้าอยู่ภายใน ข้อกำหนดของมาตรฐานสากลที่เอามาประยุคต์ใช้ในการดำเนินการ
ในส่วนของกฎหมายนี่ไม่แน่ใจว่า กฎหมายที่มีผลต่อด้านคุณภาพของงานด้านนี้คือประมาณนี้มั้ยครับ
1 กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านวิศวกรรม/วิศวกรรมควบคุม ที่มีผลบังคับเรื่องอำนาจหน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
2 Clarification ของวิศวกรที่สามารถให้คำปรึกษา หรืออนุมัติงานได้ตามระดับเช่น สามัญวิศวกร หรือ วุฒิวิศวกร
3 กฎหมายที่มีการ Update ที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านพลังงาน ที่ออกจากกระทรวงพลังงาน กระทรวงวิทยาศาตร์ และอื่นๆ ที่ผลต่อการองค์ความรู้ในการให้บริการให้คำปรึกษา
