รบกวนขอตัวอย่าง Supplier Audit check list refer IATF16949 requirement ครับ
ตามข้อกำหนด 8.4.3.2 Supplier quality management system development
เราต้องไป audit supplier ตามข้อกำหนด IATF ใช่มั้ยครับ
ท่านที่สมัครสมาชิกเข้ามาใหม่ กรุณารอให้ Admin ได้ทำการ Validate การเป็นสมาชิก ภายใน 24 ชม.ของวันทำการ ซึ่งระหว่างที่รอ Validation ท่านอาจจะยังไม่สามารถดาวน์โหลดข้อมูลต่างๆ ได้ หากไม่ได้รับความสะดวก กรุณาอีเมลแจ้ง isothainetwork@hotmail.com

การตรวจประเมิน Supplier ที่ได้เกรด A,B
ลองดูที่กระทู้นี้ค่ะ เราก้อเอาฟอร์มนี้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ค่ะ
IATF MAN ได้กล่าวไว้
ของผม ใช้ แบบฟอร์มเดียว ใช้ Audit Supplier ทุกเกรด
ใช้ที่คุณใช้ อยู่กับ Supplier C D ก็ได้ครับ แต่แนะนำให้ไปปรับแก้ Procedure
ในเรื่อง ความถี่การไป Audit เช่น A B 3 ปีครั้ง C D ปีละครั้ง เป็นต้น
