ลักษณะองค์กรเป็นผู้ให้บริการทางด้าน Marine ครับ ผมอยากทราบว่าเวลาเขียน QM พวกคำ หรือประโยคที่เป็น "Product" Requirement

เราสามารถเปลี่ยนเป็น "Service" Requirement อย่างนี้ได้โดยตรงหรือป่าวครับ หรือต้องต้อง Remark ไว้ เพราะว่าเราอ้างจาก Requiement.

อย่างเช่น

Before

8.2.4 Monitoring and measurement of product
(Company Name) monitors and measures the characteristics of the product to verify that product requirements have been met. This is carried out at appropriate stages of the product realization process in accordance with the planned arrangements (see 7.1).

After

8.2.4 Monitoring and measurement of service
(Company Name) monitors and measures the characteristics of the service to verify that service requirements have been met. This is carried out at appropriate stages of the product realization process in accordance with the planned arrangements (see 7.1).

ไปดูในส่วนของบทนิยาม (Terms and Definitions) ข้อกำหนดที่ 3 กล่าวว่าหากพบคำว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ ให้หมายถึงบริการได้ นั่นก็ตรงประเด็นแล้วครับกับสิ่งที่คุณถาม
