สามารถหาข้อมูลได้จาก APQP Manual 2nd Edition ค่ะ
ที่บริษัทกำหนดเป็น APQP Procedure โดยอ้างอิงจาก Manual
Scope and Responsibility of APQP Team:
1. Identify customer needs
2. Define customer expectation
3. Identify customer requirement
4. Establish line of communication with customers or suppliers
5. Define material quality requirement
6. Define tooling / jig / fixture, equipment requirement
7. Define required process
8. Establish process instruction (work instruction) and provide training to concerned person to know how to assemble
the product
9. Perform preliminary process capability study as necessary
10. Define required packaging
11. Perform Product & Process validation
11.1 Evaluate the process before or during trial run to determine whether the specified process is fit to requirement
11.2 Perform product Testing to determine whether the product made meets the requirement
11.3 Perform packaging evaluation whether the packaging is fit to use protect product from damage
12. Development and define the control plan
