อยากถามว่า ธุรกิจซื้อมา ขายไป  ที่ไม่มีกระบวนการผลิต  และการออกแบบ

ดังนั้นในคู่มือคุณภาพจึงขอยกเว้นข้อกำหนดข้อ 8.3 และ 8.5 

แบบนี้ผมเข้าใจถูกใช่ไหมครับ

ผมว่า ยกเว้นได้แค่ 8.3 เพราะ 8.5. มีเรื่องการบริการด้วย

8.5 หากเป็นธุรกิจบริการ ต้องพยามตีความการควบคุมต่างๆ ในการให้บริการ เหมือนเป็นสินค้าตัวหนึ่ง

1. ถ้าธุรกิจไม่มี Design & Development of Products and Services   >>> สามารถละเว้นข้อกำหนด 8.3 ได้ทั้งข้อค่ะ

 

2. ธุรกิจTrading ไม่มีการผลิต  >>> ละเว้นได้แค่ข้อ 8.5.1 นะ ข้ออื่นไม่น่ารอดค่ะ

เอาจริงๆนะ...ก็ตามที่สมาชิกหลายท่านบอกนั่นแระ

คือข้อ8.5 ไม่ควรเขียนเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรว่าละเว้น
