ได้รับ nc ข้อนี้มาเพราะไม่มี business plan

Business plan was not  implemented effectively 

5.4.1.1 Quality objectives — Supplemental

Top management shall define quality objectives and measurements that shall be included in the business plan and used to deploy the quality policy.

The business plan   year 2015 was not deploy to some KPI objective such customer satisfaction and production on plan target.

Justification: This minor NC because the only single laps of  KPI  update  ,Not effect  to system failure.

จะให้แนะนำว่ายังไงครับ

ครับ คือว่าพอดีตรวจเมื่อปีที่แล้วหัวข้อนี้ ก็ได้แสดง SWOT Analysis ให้ท่าน auditor ดู ท่านก็ว่าโอเค

แต่พอมาปีนี้ auditor ท่านนี้ว่าไม่ใช่ครับ
ก็เลยสงสัยครับ ว่ามันต้องทำแบบไหน

เราต้องทำแผนธุรกิจด้วยครับ

ในแผนธุรกิจก็ต้องระบุเรื่องเป้าหมายไว้ด้วย

 

ส่วน SWOT Analysis เป็นแค่ติ่งเล็ก ๆ ก่อนการทำแผนธุรกิจครับ
