Actual field failure คือข้อบกพร่องที่เกิดขึ้นแล้วที่ customer's site, end customer's site หรือแม้แต่การที่เราเจอข้อบกพร่องก่อนส่งมอบให้ลูกค้า ใช่หรือไม่คะ
Potential field failure คือข้อบกพร่องที่ยังไม่เกิดขึ้นแต่มีโอกาสเกิดขึ้น โดยเราจะใช้ FMEA ในการช่วยวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาข้อมูลตรงนี้ใช่หรือไม่คะ
