มือใหม่ค่ะตอนนี้กำลังเริ่มทำTS อยู่ค่ะ และผู้จัดการให้เขียนProcedure หรือWI ของProduct Audit และ Process Audit ก็ไม่รู้จะเริ่มยังงัยดี ..มืด8ด้านเลย รบกวนท่านสมาชิกช่วยแนะนำ และถ้ามีตัวอย่างเป็น Procedure, wi หรือcheck list หรือเอกสารอื่น ๆ เพื่อเป็นการชี้แนะแนวทาง รบกวนด้วยนะคะ

ของผมทำง่ายๆหน่ะครับ
8.2.2.3 product audit ต้องการแค่ ให้ confirm product ให้ได้ตาม spec (อาจจะตาม dwg ก็ได้) รวมไปถึงก่อนการจัดส่ง และต้องระบุความถี่ ตามเหตุตามผลของตัว product เอง , อันนี้ต้องการ product ให้ได้ spec ตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการ

8.2.2.4 process audit, ของผมทำก็ audit process ตาม control plan เทียบกับการผลิตจริง ทั้งหมด เพื่อยืนยันว่า process effectiveness

และเขามี note ด้านหลังว่า กรณีที่มี complaint ต้องเพิ่มหรือลดความถี่ในการ audit อย่างเหมาะสม / และให้ใช้ check sheet ในการ audit ด้ย

ถ้าผมผิดพลาดประการได ต้องขออภัยด้วย (ถ้าผิดพลาด ท่านผู้รู้ช่วยแนะนำด้วยครับ), แต่ผมทำตามนี้แล้ว TS auditor ก็ไม่เห็นว่าอะไร
มีตัวอย่าง procedure กับ check sheet ให้ดูด้วยครับ(ปัจจุบันก็ใช้ตัวนี้อยู่ครับ)
